At 2am Audio, we understand that high-quality audio gear requires careful handling and prompt delivery. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures and policies.

    1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM  are eligible for same-day dispatch.

  • High-Volume Periods: During sales or new product launches, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed.

    2. Shipping Insurance & Protection

    Because audio equipment can be high-value and fragile, we offer the following protections:

    • Secure Packaging: Every order is securely packed with extra padding (bubble wrap/foam) to protect against transit damage.

    • Damage Claims: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at 03266946140 within 24 hours of delivery with video of unpacking the parcel and the product.

    3. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

    4. Lost or Missing Packages

    If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you have not received your gear, please:

    1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

    2. Contact the carrier directly to verify the GPS delivery coordinates.

    3. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, whatsapp us at 03266946140 so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
